Toronto mall evacuated after gunshots; no injuries, police say
One of Toronto’s major malls is currently in lockdown, according to Toronto Police, after an evacuation following reports of gunshots.

Toronto Police said on Twitter that no one is being let into Yorkdale Shopping Centre, as of 3:40 p.m. on Aug. 30.
“People being assisted to leave. Officers canvassing for witnesses and video from witnesses, mall and stores. No injuries. East side of mall is location of incident. More info to follow,” the rest of the Tweet stated.
