Speaker: S/Sgt. Jeremy Ashley, Belleville Police Service

Staff Sgt. Jeremy Ashley became an officer with the Belleville Police Service in 2009 following a decade-long career in photojournalism.

He has worked in a number of roles in the police service – from front-line patrol and the detective’s office to forensics. Jeremy has investigated and managed all varieties of incidents, whether vandals breaking into vehicles, international frauds to homicides and human trafficking investigations.

Currently, he is the Staff Sergeant in charge of the Operations Division for the Belleville Police Service, managing patrol and several specialty response units in the police service.
