Nishan Duraiappah is Peel’s next police chief

Nishan “Nish” Duraiappah. Nishan “Nish” Duraiappah, Halton police’s deputy chief of operations, is the next chief of the Peel Regional Police force.
He takes over from Chris McCord, who was appointed interim chief.
