Explosive device detonated at Saskatoon courthouse ‘on the low end’ of IED spectrum, according to police

City police are investigating the detonation of an improvised explosive device (IED) outside of Saskatoon’s provincial court on Wednesday night.

While police do not believe the incident is linked to any international terrorism group, investigators are not ruling out the explosion as potential act of domestic terrorism.
