Since retiring, Lance has worked, researched and spoken around the world on topics including public safety interoperability, leadership, innovation & change management, which has included four “Victory Laps,” a term he has borrowed with pride from the book “Victory Lap Retirement” by Mike Drak, Rob Morrison and Jonathan Chevreau.

Webinar registrants will learn how to create a “personal vision statement” that will help them make key life and career decisions.

Proceeds from the webinar will go to support Canada Beyond the Blue, a peer-led, non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening and supporting families of law enforcement officers in Canada.
