Photo Essay – Boat Dedication

Lac La Biche RCMP Detachment received its new boat in 2010.  In 2011 detachment members named it “The Cst. Leo Johnston” in memory of Leo JOHNSTON killed in Mayerthorpe.  Johnston was from the Lac La Biche area and his parents still live in town.  His parents were thrilled when they learned the Lac La Biche Detachment boat was being named after their son.
