An important new addition to the conference is the panel discussion that will have York Regional Police Service Chief Jim MacSween, Peel Regional Police Service Chief Nishan Duraiappah, OACP Police Legal Advisors Committee Co-Chair Jason Fraser and Western University Special Constable Service Director Bill Chantler examine the regulations coming out in the new Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019.
