Edmonton Police Supt. Deb Jolly passes away

Edmonton Police Supt. Deb Jolly has passed away after a four-month illness. She served her country while seconded to the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in East Timor and was also a researcher of the Restorative Justice courts in Rwanda. She was with EPS for more than 30 years and served as the chief’s chief of staff up until her passing. Rest in peace.
