Weighill Receives Gold Medal for Excellence
Clive Weighill, Chief of the Saskatoon Police Service, received the 2016 Gold Medal for Excellence in Public Administration from The Institute of Public Administration of Canada, Saskatchewan Regional Group.

Weighill was awarded the medal by Lieutenant Governor Vaughn Solomon Schofield in a ceremony held at Government House in Regina on September 20. The award is presented annually to a member of the community that displays distinctive leadership or makes a significant contribution to the field of public administration in Saskatchewan.
Weighill was selected for his commitment to community partnerships and the implementation of innovative policing practices in the City of Saskatoon.
