Waterloo Regional Police Service deputy chief retiring

Deputy Chief Kevin Thaler is retiring from the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) after a 32-year career.

He worked in Patrol, Traffic, Homicide, Professional Standards, as well as the chief’s executive officer.

In 2018, Thaler received the Governor General’s Exemplary 30-year-Service Medal.
