Toronto man arrested at Canada-U.S. border with 25 handguns: RCMP
On December 23rd, 2016 U.S. Border Patrol agents notified the Integrated Border Enforcement Team – Champlain Detachment (south of Montréal) that they had observed a suspicious male walking towards the Canadian border, according to a report published in the Toronto Star.

It was reported that a 36-year-old Toronto man was intercepted and arrested by the RCMP, and found in possession of 24 handguns of various calibers, 10 of which were loaded. One additional handgun that had also been in his possession was later found in a snow-bank in an areas where he had been chased.
