Royal Newfoundland Constabulary honouring the memory of Ruby Tobin
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is honouring the memory of Ruby Tobin, who was an RNC employee for 27 years and passed away earlier this year after a courageous battle with cancer.

She worked within the chief’s office as an executive assistant to the chief. Ruby was a “rock for our organization,” RNC posted, noting she played a key role in the agency’s success.
