Retired Abbotsford Police Department Insp. Carol Powell passes away

Retired Abbotsford Police Department family member Insp. Carol Powell has passed away following a long and courageous battle with cancer. A vintage AbbyPD police car is currently being restored and has been named ‘Carol’ in her memory. Rest in peace.
