Prod360 releases fixed thermometer pole for entryways during pandemic

Prod360, a provider of special equipment for police (anti-terrorism, anti-drone, metal detector gloves, etc.), announced it has been given a mandate, along with its partners, to provide governments with products that could help mitigate the risks of COVID-19 in daily practices.
Temperature control remains the only immediate and instant way to detect a possible case of an infected person and to avoid contamination, according to the company, and so it is now offering a “fixed thermometer pole.”
The thermometer pole is designed to be used at the entry of head offices, command posts and other essential infrastructure, and it allows the temperature of employees (and other visitors) to be monitored.
Unlike body heat scanners one sees in airports, or manual equipment, this product does not mobilize the intervention of additional staff. It can be installed and left at reception, and then synced with pre-existing access control devices.
