Homewood Health opens new PTSD and Trauma Clinic
The clinic is the only group-based, full-year intensive outpatient treatment and aftercare program dedicated to trauma treatment and recovery in Canada. Located in the City of Mississauga, the clinic offers immediate access to customized outpatient treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other Trauma related conditions.
Homewood Health has a 130-year history of treating mental health and addictions in Ontario, including running Canada’s only in-patient trauma treatment program. Homewood has more than 4,500 employees and clinical experts.
The Homewood Health Centre is one of Canada’s largest facilities for medical treatment of mental health and addiction disorders, offering a complete suite of services including organizational wellness, employee and family assistance programs, assessments, outpatient and inpatient treatment, recovery management, return to work and family support services customized to meet the needs of individuals and organizations.
