The Toronto Police Service released a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a vendor to complete an organizational culture assessment of the Toronto Police Service (TPS) on Monday, as recommended by the Transformational Task Force in Chapter 6 of the final report the Action Plan: The Way Forward.

The objective of the RFP is to engage the public and service members in a dialogue that is both candid and transparent. The assessment process will be “comprehensive and inclusive and will consider all the ways in which organizational culture is embedded within the service.” The results of the assessment will then “provide an in-depth understanding of the current organizational culture of the TPS, including its strengths and any areas for improvement.”

Interested parties are invited to go to MERX to review the RFP. Please note that all information must be obtained through the formal procurement process as outlined on MERX. Questions can only be directed to TPS Purchasing Services at 416-808-7995.
