Blue Line congratulates the winners of its annual Best Dressed Police Vehicle Awards, the only program of its kind in Canada.

The program showcases innovative and effective designs for police vehicle graphics and equipment packages and installation. These vehicles are often the most public face of policing and should reflect their communities as well as serve as a symbol of civic pride.

Kudos to the 2019 winners:

Best Dressed (regular patrol) category
First Place: Le Service de police de Laval (SPL)
Second Place: Saskatchewan Highway Patrol
Third Place: Miramichi Police Force

Community Relations category
Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) – Heritage Fleet Project

Law Enforcement category
Alberta Sheriffs Branch

Special Service category
Fredericton Police Force – Armoured Rescue Vehicle

Blue Line’s February issue will feature more on each winner so stay tuned. Special thanks to Dave Brown, our judge, for all his efforts, and to everyone who submitted a vehicle this year. There were many beauties.

Winners will be honoured at Blue Line Expo on April 16, 2019, in Mississauga, Ont. More information at
