Troy Cooper sworn in as new Saskatoon Police Service chief

Troy Cooper has been sworn in as the new chief of the Saskatoon Police Service.

Cooper, who is Métis and from Big River, Sask., told media one of his main goals is to work closely with the Indigenous community. He is the former chief of the Prince Albert Police Service.
