Mike Serr to be next chief constable at Abbotsford

Mike Serr will be Abbotsford Police Department’s (APD) next chief constable, starting this October.

Serr currently serves as APD’s deputy chief constable of operations and previously spent 26 years with the Vancouver Police Department. Chief Bob Rich will be retiring after serving Abbotsford for the last decade. His last day is September 30, 2018.

Why do they always promote Vancouver Police? They made Main and Hastings ground zero not following the law and the arrogance of past Chiefs was also noted in Vancouver
