New deputy police chiefs at Windsor Police

The Windsor Police Service has a couple of new deputy police chiefs.

Supt. Frank Providenti has been promoted to the rank of deputy chief of operational support while Insp. Jason Bellaire has been promoted to the rank of deputy chief of operations. Deputy Police Chief Brad Hill postponed his retirement due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
