Magnet Forensics partners with Grayshift

This partnership allows law enforcement agencies around the world to purchase GrayKey directly from Magnet Forensics.

Grayshift and Magnet Forensics share common values,” says Jad Saliba, founder and CTO at Magnet Forensics. “This partnership is a direct result of our joint commitment to the mission of law enforcement — of seeking justice and protecting the innocent.”

GrayKey is a “cost-effective solution that labs of any size can use to keep their investigations in-house,” according to the company. “This not only saves labs from the costly and time-consuming task of having to outsource investigation of iOS devices to a third party, but GrayKey also preserves the chain of custody since the devices no longer have to physically leave the forensic lab.”

While GrayKey offers iOS unlocking and acquisition capabilities, Magnet AXIOM offers analysis and reporting capabilities.

“The combination of both solutions means the most complete picture of the evidence for digital forensics examiners,” says the company, “better cases for investigators, and stronger convictions for prosecutors — all in a workflow that’s been designed to be as easy to use as possible.”
