Fentanyl killed at least 374 in B.C. last year. Toronto officials launching plan to stop it from happening in Toronto.


City of Toronto officials held a meeting on Monday, January 09, 2017 to discuss strategies to cope with an expected influx of Fentanyl in the city.

City and emergency services representatives met with harm-reduction advocates and others, as part of the "Toronto overdose surveillance & alert partnership", to discuss measures to prevent a Fentanyl fuelled tragedy similar to what has been witnessed in Vancouver.
