Dean Simmonds promoted to superintendent at Halifax Regional Police

Dean Simmonds at Halifax Regional Police (HRP) was promoted to the role of superintendent.

Simmonds has served as a member of HRP Strategic Planning Team, HRP/RCMP Integrated Cultural Diversity Committee, and Race Relation Advisory Committee for the past eight years.
