Dave Zackrias promoted as new inspector for the Ottawa Police Service Outreach Recruiting Team

Dave Zackrias has been promoted as the new inspector for the Ottawa Police Service Outreach Recruiting Team. He previously managed Community and Police Action Committee, or COMPAC, and led the Ottawa police diversity and race relations unit.
