Blue Line’s Holding the Line columnist retires from YRP

Blue Line’s Holding the Line columnist, Michelle Vincent, retired from York Regional Police after 18 years. She is the founder of The Haven and also recently received an award for her work in mental health for first responders from Badge of Life Canada.
